How to increase your import limit

You have the power to increase your subscriber import limit to 10,000 directly from your beehiiv account. Should you need to further increase your limit, you'll need to fill out a form as outlined below. You can also refer to this article for more information on import limits. 

1. From the left hand panel in your account, go to Settings > Publication > and select the Import Subscribers tab, or click here.

 

2. Scroll down to the Raise your import limit section. This is where you can increase your import limit to 10,000 by clicking on the Start Stripe Identity Verification button. 

3. A Stripe form will appear for a quick verification process that will take about 1 to 3 minutes. You’ll need to click Agree and continue, then follow the instructions presented.

 

If you would like to further increase your import limit to more than 10,000 after completing the above verification, click on contact support found just below the Stripe Verification button in that same section.

This form will popup for you to make the request directly from your account. 

 

If your submission is denied, it may be that your submission did not include the appropriate information to validate your request, like a link to your existing newsletter content and a link to where your readers subscribed/consented to receive emails from you. Please be sure to fill out the form completely and thoroughly with this information. It helps us to ensure quality sending across our platform, aiming for the highest level of deliverability possible.
