A dedicated IP address is an exclusive sending address, offering better control over email deliverability and reputation. At beehiiv, we provide both shared IP pools and dedicated IPs, giving users flexibility based on their email-sending volume. 

For Enterprise customers sending with a custom domain, we offer dedicated IPs to ensure optimal sending consistency and inbox placement. If you send >650K emails/day, a dedicated IP is required for sending. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for assistance with setting up a dedicated IP for your account.
