Using your beehiiv wallet

All beehiiv accounts on paid plans (Scale, Max, and Enterprise) include access to a wallet. Accessible from the top navigation bar in your account, your Wallet dashboard lets you review transactions and manage earnings from the Ad Network and Boosts marketplace. To get started, you’ll need to fund your wallet.

How to add funds to your wallet

1. From the top navigation bar, click on Wallet.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Your Wallet dashboard will open. On the Deposited funds card, click on Add funds.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. You’ll be redirected to your Stripe account to complete the deposit. Enter the amount you wish to deposit into your wallet. 

• The minimum deposit is $50.
• The maximum deposit per transaction is $10,000. 
• For amounts exceeding $10,000, you can make multiple deposits.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable.
  
  
  

4. Click the Pay button to submit your deposit.
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Once the transaction is complete, you’ll return to the dashboard, where the deposited funds will appear as live and active in your beehiiv wallet.
   
   
   

You can now use the funds in your wallet within the Boosts marketplace.

1. From the left panel Dashboard, go to Monetize > Boosts.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click Get Started to set up your first boost offer.

How to withdraw earnings from your wallet 

Whenever you earn money through beehiiv, your earnings are automatically deposited into your wallet. You can withdraw these funds to your bank account at any time.

Funds are transferred to the bank account linked to your Stripe Express account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the deposit to appear in your account.

2. Your Wallet dashboard will open. Locate the Available earnings card and click Withdraw earnings.
   
   
   

3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You can also add internal notes for reference (optional).
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Review your entries, then click Withdraw to confirm.
   
   Your funds will be deposited directly into your linked bank account. Funds typically take 3–5 business days to process, and all deposits are non-refundable.

How can I view a detailed list of my earnings and expenses in my wallet?

Scroll down below the Total earnings and Total expenses sections in your wallet dashboard. There, you'll find a breakdown of all earnings from the Ad Network and Boosts, as well as expenses related to Boosts.









How do I filter transactions in my wallet?
In the Earnings and expenses section, you can filter your results by transaction type, Ad Network or Boosts.

You can also filter your results by the transaction time to narrow down specific entries.

How can I export a CSV of my transactions?
To download a CSV file of all your wallet transactions, go to the Earnings and expenses section and click the Export as CSV button.

What do the different wallet transaction types mean?
There are 3 types of wallet transactions, Deposited, Spent, and Earned. Here’s what each entails:
• Deposited: Funds you’ve added to your wallet.
• Spent: Funds used for Boosts.
• Earned: Revenue generated from the Ad Network or Boosts.
  
  
How can I enlarge the graph of my earnings or expenses to get a better view?

Hover over the graph preview on your Wallet dashboard and click the arrows icon to expand it to a larger size.





On the expanded graph, you can filter your results by the type of transaction (Boosts or Ad Network) and time.
