Exporting post content or subscriber data from beehiiv
Published post content and information you’ve collected about your subscribers can easily be exported as a .csv file from your beehiiv account for analysis or other purposes.
Subscriber data can be exported in two formats: Quick or Full. Both provide a list of subscribers by email, status, and tier, sorted by the most recent subscriptions. However, the Full export includes additional details like custom fields and statistics, though it may take a bit longer to process.
These export options are located in your publication settings. This article will first explain how to export your post content and then walk you through both Quick and Full subscriber export options.
How to export your post content
- From the left panel Dashboard, scroll down and select Settings.
- Your publication settings will open on General Info. If you have multiple publications, select one from the dropdown options. Click Export Data.
- Under Export Posts, click Export All Posts.
- A quick success message will appear to tell you that you will receive an email when your export is ready.
- Your export request will appear below under Historical Exports. It will show as Pending until your export is complete.
- When your export has finished, you will receive an email with a direct link to download your export.
