Exporting your content or subscriber data from beehiiv
Published post content and information you’ve collected about your subscribers can easily be exported as a .csv from your beehiiv account for data or other purposes.
Your subscriber list can be exported two different ways: quick, or full. Both options generate a file listing your subscribers by email, status, and tier, sorted by the most recent subscriptions. However, the full export provides additional details such as custom fields and statistics, though it requires a little more time to process.
How to export published content
- From the left hand panel Dashboard, scroll down and select Settings.
- Your publication settings will open in the General Info tab. If you have multiple publications, select one from the dropdown options. Click Export Data.
- Under Export Posts, click Export All Posts.
- A quick success message will appear to tell you that you will receive an email when your export is ready.
- Your export request will appear below under Historical Exports. It will show as Pending until your export is complete.
- When your export has finished, you will receive an email with a direct link to download your export.
- Or, hit refresh on the Export Data page. Next to your request under Historical Exports, you’ll see a download link.
