Where to view post analytics

After publishing on beehiiv, each post has its own analytics dashboard where you can review performance and metrics directly from your account. Below, we’ll explain the content of each dashboard tab. Simply click on a tab to view its details.

How to access post dashboards

  1. From the left panel Dashboard, click on Posts.

  2. Click on the name of one of your published posts to view its analytics and its dashboard will open.

  3. Along with the name/title of the post, you’ll see the publish date, and whether it was published on Email, Web, or Email & Web.

  4. If you click on the Edit post button, you can choose to View the web version of the post, Edit the allowable elements, or Archive the post.

Note: Archiving a post will remove it from the web and your publication website but you will still be able to access it in your account.

Post dashboard tab options

The Overview tab will display the sent post with some collective stats up top. You’ll see the post Subject, Preview Text, the Web Audience, and the Email Audience you sent your post to. It will also highlight any segments that were included or excluded from receiving your post.
