Ways to contact beehiiv support

As a beehiiv customer, you can easily submit a support ticket directly from your account. For a more guided experience, use our chatbot, Buzz, available in your account and here in our Knowledge Base (KB) day or night. 

For questions specific to your account or to receive a response as quickly as possible based on your plan, please submit a ticket through your account.

How to submit a support ticket from your account

  1. Upon logging into your account, you can either click here to access a new support ticket and then jump to Step 3.

    Otherwise, go to the top navigation bar and click on Help > Submit Ticket.



  2. You’ll be presented with an expected wait time and a reminder that you can likely find answers to your questions by searching our Knowledge Base. If you’d like to continue, click on Confirm.



  3. A form will pop up for you to submit your support ticket. First, select a Reason for reaching out from the dropdown options. Next, enter in a Subject and a Description, they are both required.



  4. Add any attachments of screenshots or screen recordings that are relevant to the issue by clicking on Select File.

  5. Set the priority of the request, Normal or High.

  6. Click on Create support ticket to submit your request. Shortly after, you’ll receive a confirmation email to your beehiiv account address.

You can interact with Buzz using natural language, just as you would with a human support specialist. Ask your questions or explain what you need, and Buzz will guide you to the right resources or connect you with our team who can assist further. 

From the KB or beehiiv.com 

When visiting the KB or the main beehiiv site, you'll find a handy Chatbot Assistance button in the bottom right corner of any page.

 

 

From your beehiiv account

Once logged into your account, go to the top navigation bar and click on Help > Chatbot Assistant.

 

Tech Note: Buzz will guide you through all the steps of the customer support ticket in a friendly, intuitive way to enhance your overall experience. Please be aware that, currently, beehiiv does not offer live customer service support, so you won’t be connected to a live support agent through your chat with Buzz. For billing and pricing questions, including inquiries about charges and account fees, please submit a support ticket to ensure you receive the most accurate and timely assistance.

 

Can’t access your account? 

If you're having trouble accessing your beehiiv account due to a password issue, click on the Forgot your password? link below the Sign In area on the login page. You'll need to provide your account's verified email address in order to receive a password reset email. 

If you are away from your account and are in need of support, you can click here to access our chatbot from anywhere. Provide your beehiiv account email address, and Buzz will guide you through completing the support ticket form virtually.

Additionally, if you don’t have access to your beehiiv account email, you can still reach out to our chatbot Buzz by providing an alternative email address where we can contact you.
