You can test up to 2 variations on the Scale plan and up to 4 variations on the Scale plan.

Can I adjust the sample size and test duration for my A/B test?

Yes, if you're on the Scale plan, you can adjust both the sample size (percentage of subscribers receiving a test variation) and the duration (length of time the test will be conducted).

Will the A/B test affect the publish time of my post?

No, the post will be available on the web at the original publish time. The remaining subscribers will receive the email with the best-performing subject line at the conclusion of the test period.

How is the winning subject line determined?

The winning subject line is the one that performs the best in terms of open rates during the test period.

Can I use A/B Testing for any other elements of my email?

Currently, A/B Testing is only available for subject lines. However, beehiiv may add more testing options in the future.
