How to manage your email notifications from beehiiv
By default, beehiiv sends email notifications for various account actions and data recaps. You can opt out of these notifications at any time. This article will guide you through the process.
Notification Options
These are the different beehiiv notifications and what they are for:
General notifications and recaps
- Post Metrics: A performance recap after you publish a post.
- Post Comments: Notification when you receive a new comment on a published post.
- Editor Comments: Notification when you receive mentions and replies in the post editor.
- Daily Recap: A daily growth summary.
- Monthly Recap: A monthly growth summary.
Monetization Notifications
- Ad Network: Notification when you receive a new Ad Network opportunity.
- Boosts: Notifications for Boosts growth and monetization updates.
- Monetization Opportunities: A curated list of monetization opportunities for your newsletter.
- Referral Program: Notifications for referral program management and fulfillment updates.
Where to manage your beehiiv notifications
- From your left panel Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom and click on Settings.
- From Settings, click on Notifications in the left panel.
- The Notifications options will appear, and you can choose which notifications you'd like to receive by toggling on or off the different selections.
- By default, all notification types are enabled. To stop receiving a specific notification, simply toggle the option off. Your changes will be saved automatically.
