How to reset or change your password

You can reset/change your beehiiv account password in two ways, from within the app while logged in or directly from the login page. 

How to reset or change your password from your beehiiv account

1. Log into your account and click on your profile in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. From the dropdown menu, select Account Security.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. The security settings page will load. Under Password, fill in the fields for Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once you've reviewed for accuracy, click Reset Password. Your new password will be saved automatically.

How to reset your password from the beehiiv login page

If you're having trouble accessing your beehiiv account due to a password issue, you'll need to provide your account's verified email address in order to receive a password reset email.

1. Click the link: Go to the beehiiv account login page and click on the Forgot your password link.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your email: You'll be prompted to enter your account's verified email address. Input the email and click on Send password reset email.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Check your inbox: Look for the password reset email in your inbox and follow the instructions to update your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
   
   
   Tech Note: If the email address provided for password reset is not the verified beehiiv account email, you will not receive the password reset email. Please ensure you enter the correct email address linked to your account.
