How to reset or change your password

You can reset/change your beehiiv account password in two ways, from within the app while logged in or directly from the login page. Here’s how to use each option:

Reset password from your beehiiv account

1. Log into your account, then go to the left panel Dashboard and scroll down to select Settings.
   
   
2. From the Settings panel, select Password.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. In the Password Reset area, enter your Current Password into the top field. Add your New Password to the next field and then again to the Confirm Password field.
   
   
4. Review your inputs for accuracy, then click the Reset Password button. Your new password will be saved automatically.
   
   

Reset password from the beehiiv login page

If you're having trouble accessing your beehiiv account due to a password issue, you'll need to provide your account's verified email address in order to receive a password reset email.

1. Click the link: Go to the beehiiv account login page and click on the Forgot your password link.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your email: You'll be prompted to enter your account's verified email address. Input the email and click on Send password reset email.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Check your inbox: Look for the password reset email in your inbox and follow the instructions to update your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
   
   
   Tech Note: If the email address provided for password reset is not the verified beehiiv account email, you will not receive the password reset email. Please ensure you enter the correct email address linked to your account.

If you no longer have access to your beehiiv account email, click here to access our Chatbot Assistant from anywhere and provide an alternative email address where we can contact you.
