Am I eligible for a refund?

New beehiiv accounts are equipped with access to our full range of features (excluding Boosts) during the initial 30-day trial, helping users identify the best fit for their needs. After this trial period, all sales are final upon subscription, in accordance with our Terms of Use

Please be aware that we cannot process refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Non-usage of the platform
  • Failure to cancel your account before the next billing cycle
  • Lack of features or functionality on your subscribed plan
  • Purchases made in error
  • Exceptional circumstances beyond beehiiv's control
  • Violations to our Terms of Use

Should your circumstances not align with the above scenarios, you can log into your account and access the Help page from the top navbar. You’ll find a variety of resources including our chatbot Buzz and the option to submit a ticket to our support team. They will inquire further to better understand your request. It's important to note that submitting a support ticket does not guarantee an exception for a refund will be made.
