How to enable comments or likes for a post
When you have comments enabled for your publication, you can choose which subscribers can comment and use an engagement button to like and comment on each of your unpublished posts.

How to enable comments on an individual post
Note: In order to have access to the Comments Section on a post, comments must have first be enabled in the Website Builder for the publication.
- Open a new post by clicking on the Start Writing button, or open a saved post.
- Access the post editor on the right side, then click on the Website tab. Providing that you have already enabled comments, you’ll see a Comments Section.
- Select who can see the comments section for the post. Click on the down arrow next to All subscribers and choose between it and Premium subscribers only, Disabled: Hide comments section, or Locked: Show comments section, but disable new comments.
- After you publish the post and it is live, you will then be able to preview and moderate the comment section.
How to add an engagement button for comments on a post
You can also give your subscribers the ability to like or comment on your post with just a single click in the email header by adding an engagement button.
- Open a new post by clicking on the Start Writing button, or open a saved post.
- Access the post editor on the right side, then click on the Email tab.
- Go to Display social engagement buttons in the email header?and click on the arrows to access the options. Choose from Social and Engagement Buttons, Social Buttons, or None.
- Once enabled, the Social and Engagement Buttons option will allow subscribers to both like and comment on your post by clicking on the icon/button in the email header. If just Social Buttons is selected, then subscribers will only be allowed to comment on your posts.
